The room was clean but the mattresses were so hard and there was only one pillow each! The reception staff were very accommodating though. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The lack of a ramp, or hotel staff to assist guests with entering the hotel was rather astonishing. Perfectly located by the Cathedral. A short walk to Cologne central station, main Christmas markets, shopping/eating options and Ludwig museum. Hotel was also perfect…very clean, well maintained, staff were lovely, great facilities.
