We checked in and asked for an extra bed before check in and it took until 9PM to get the extra bed. We called reception multiple times and had to go down and follow the receptionist to have it brought up. The elevators had long wait time even with multiple spots with them, they also give you the wrong direction on the lights. It's hard to go to bed, there is a lot of noise even 15+ floors up. It's a beautiful hotel but the service and utilities are mediocre. Breakfast Buffet was really good.

This hotel is the best resort in all over the Sri Lanka. Their service is excellent, nicely decorated rooms with every single amenity, and their breakfast and dinner buffet are really good quality taste and superb!

amazing new and fresh hotel. We had twin bed room, cean, big bathroom, and room in general. Amazing view right on the LOTUS tower. We where in room 1907. Great buffet, we had it for dinner one time, lunch and breakfast. We stayed two nights. The only thing its a bit on the pricey side the other restaurants, with less food options, so we ended up on the buffet mostly where the variation and value for money clearly are the best. mall connected to it very few shops open. Would come bac.

bo We had a wonderful two-day stay at Cinnamon Life and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything — and I really mean everything — was excellent. The hotel’s architecture is stunning and modern, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable, and the cleanliness and hygiene were clearly of a high standard. Every detail felt well thought out and well maintained. We genuinely hope that the high quality of service and standards we experienced will continue in the future. Cinnamon Life is a place we would absolutely recommend, and we would gladly return. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. Ms. Dipali Deore, G. R. E, greeted us with a heartfelt Ayubōwan like no other and made us feel instantly at home. She went above and beyond, personally escorting us to our room and giving us a detailed walkthrough of the in-room and hotel amenities. Her passion for service was truly evident—she serves from the heart. At the front desk, Mr. Fayaz, Manager on Duty, led his team with professionalism and grace. Mr. Adhil Marikka, our check-in agent, was both professional and accommodating. After our long-haul journey from New York City, Adhil ensured a swift and seamless check-in, honoring our request for a Lotus Tower view and making the entire process efficient and stress-free. A special shout-out to the transportation coordination team, who ensured that all our local transfers were punctual and smooth. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted by Bhagya at the reception. Her attentiveness and thorough explanations of the hotel’s facilities made navigating this expansive property a breeze. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a Sea View room, which was a delightful surprise and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Dipali, the Guest Relations Executive, truly went above and beyond. She took the time to personally escort me to my room, explaining all the amenities and answering my numerous questions with genuine enthusiasm. The hotel was luxurious and the room was a big size with excellent amenities. The only issue was that the panels on the wall to operate the lights and curtains etc kept flashing every 10 seconds all through the night. We reported this and were told it was a fault and we were moved to another room. However we waited for more than 45 minutes for the porter to move our cases when we were originally told it would be 15 minutes.
