“Beautiful hotel and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. New modern, large bathroom with toilets available in the shower. We also did the buffet breakfast which was fine for the cost. Would definitely recommend this hotel in downtown Lower Hutt and would happily stay again.”

“spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. We mentioned to the driver it should be a fixed rate, who insisted their company doesn't have a deal with the hotel and that we need to present a corporate card. our overall experience with this property is……

“Very large apartment, 2 good size bedrooms with huge sitting and clean. Good for family stay. Close to National Museum and the seafront, just 10mins walk, also 12 mins walk to Willis Street where many good eateries. Very friendly and welcoming hotel staff.
