“Customer service from employees was great! But other than that… I won’t be staying here again, within 5 minutes of being in my room, a roach came crawling down the door frame while using the restroom.. then majority of the night I could hear people arguing and banging stuff; slamming doors, straight through the vent in the bathroom.. I was trying to work in my room and had to leave a few hours and got no sleep because I was tired of hearing the bs… I greatly appreciate the hospitality and kind……

“Main annoyances. Took 20 minutes waiting for the desk clerk to finish with person before us and get to us. Told me price was about $11 more than I paid on Expedia. I asked why and he said because of tax. I showed confirmation email showing I paid $13.16 in tax already. Then he said because it was a “late night check—in (because it was after 11 due to long wait) it would come out to actually be three dollars less than what I paid. Then he told me, “There shouldn’t be any problems with your room.”……

“Parking was good, air conditioner worked great!”

“El almuerzo no tenía muchas opciones. Solo jugo de mañana (que no sabia a jugo de manzana) Tuvimos que esperar 15mins para que pusieran mas sausages y eso después Que pedimos. Los biscuits estaban duros.”

“It was fairly close to our great nephews wedding venue. It was a nice clean establishment. The breakfast was the traditional cereal, bagel, waffle, egg and sausage breakfast. Nothing special but edible. The staff was very polite. I would stay again.”

“Amazing space in the room. However the shower was grungy looking—needs a good scrub. There was a lot of traffic noise. Walls and ceiling could use some soundproofing. This was my first stay in a Home2 Suites and at first I was super impressed with the storage and counter space! Nice enough stay but the noise was definitely an issue ”
