We loved our stay here. The hotel pool and hot tub are open (to adults) until midnight! How fun is that?! I stayed here with my son who participated in the Tough Mudder at the Army base. Being able to soak in the hot tub and pool after his event without having to worry about it closing was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking lot was well lit and safe. Would love to stay here again.

I honestly was not expecting much from this hotel but boy was I surprised. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left my personal pillow behind and they had it waiting for me when I returned.

Clean room with comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic. The shower had good water pressure. My only issue is the water took quite a while to drain out of the tub. Overall though very nice place!

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs every morning, but each day a different meat. Our 1st morning was bacon, 2nd morning, sausage and biscuits and gravy and 3rd morning was hash. I'm not fond of hash, so don't know if it was good or not. Coffee, juice, yogurt, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, pancakes-all excellent!! I highly recommend Best Western. I always choose Best Western and they have all been great!!!!

This hotel was excellent! Check-in was fast and easy and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and both rooms we stayed in were clean as well. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and we really loved the adult pool hours. We stayed at another hotel across the street from here not long ago and it was a horrible experience, so we are glad to have found this place as we make frequent weekend trips to the Springs and this area is great because it is central to most things. Highly recommend staying here!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and recently updated. I didn’t care for the small pillows. The second day we went to breakfast at 9:00 and all the food was gone. Didn’t close until 9:30, so that was a big downfall of staying there.

Best part of the stay is the complimentary breakfast if you’re traveling on a budget. However, if you’re on the floor level you can constantly hear people walking up and down the stairs and in their rooms above. It’s definitely a get what you pay for stay.
