  • Pet friendly property, Max 2 pets, non-refundable pet fee $100.00. A fun couple of minute walk to Old Colorado City and you’ll find an excellent selection of restaurants, brew pubs, ice cream, shopping and live entertainment.

    Platte South house has 2 Bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower tub and tub has soothing jets for a quick soak.

    Central Air Conditioner and Central Heat. Both bedrooms have Doctor's Choice Queen Beds and comfortable bedding.

    Large pretty Landscaped and fenced in backyard, safe for pets and children.
