The livingroom walls display prints and photos of Cascade and Olde Poste Cottage from the Ute Pass Historical Society, as well as chronicling the drama of the American Post from the Revolution, through the exciting Pony Express, to the color and charm of the stamps and postcards found in today's U.S. Post Office. The cottage's bedrooms are lovingly decorated to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

The location here is excellent and the owners were very helpful (yes, we tried the hike at Crags!) and attentive. We grilled out twice during our stay and enjoyed meals at “home” each night of our stay.
