Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. The hotel was well maintained and convenient. I had a very good experience and would definitely stay here again.

The place is being remodeled so everything smells fresh and looks nice! The outside can be deceiving with the large barrels and uncut grass; however, the rooms and the main lobby were clean. The housekeeping staff cleaned as guests came and went, keeping the place clean and tidy.

My stay at the Hampton Inn from Monday to Tuesday was good. The staff were kind and welcoming, and breakfast was amazing as always. The building was in good shape with plenty of parking. I didn’t use the pool or Jacuzzi because I was studying. The only issue was a dirty chair in my room, which made me uncomfortable even though the rest of the room seemed clean. When I checked out, the front desk staff and his family offered me lunch, which made me feel cared for and welcomed.

Comfortable and quiet. Had a hard time getting the outlet by the bed to work. Room could probably use a paint job but we were only there as a stopover so the comfy and quiet part overrides the minor inconveniences

only stayed for a quick night stay but it was still clean and comfy, I loved that the shower had FULL SIZE shampoo and conditioner bottles rather than those tiny one use sized kind. The breakfast was prob the best hotel breakfast i've ever had as far as freshness and quality and cleanliness. I will remember to stay at more of these chains in the future !!

Pool was warm, gym has free weights up to 75 lbs. New owners they are going through and updating rooms. Convient to downtown columbus. Tons of places to eat around. The hotel is off the beaten path so its quiet. Breakfast selection is simple, but enough to keep u content. Would stay agin especially when they get the updates finished

First room we went into had piles of dead ants all along the walls. Second room we went into had mold all over the walls and live ants crawling. After realizing the conditions weren't better we decided to go somewhere else. The front desk staff was very friendly and happy to refund me, thankfully.

The neighborhood the hotel was in was a little difficult to get to, even though you can see it. You have to drive through some other parking lots to get there. A number of things around it are run down or closed. The hotel itself seems to be kept nice. The check-in process was smooth. The elevator smelled like some people had used some "herbal medicine" in it. It was less than pleasant. Breakfast was adequate, and the staff was somewhat attentive to taking care of things, more so than most places.

Overall it was good stay for me, but there could be some improvement. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good each day. The pool was kinda cold, but fine. The gym was missing a couple dumbells and staff had not restocked the towels or water in there. Card reader also didn’t work on the laundry room door.
