The elevator made being on a higher floor very convenient. The manager however was just awful. He was yelling at an employee right in front of me and saying awful things to him and threatening him. The poor guy looked terrified. I was told that he was the manager by other employees and they too had bad experiences with him. He is an older Indian gentleman, didn’t get his name. He should be fired and have the lovely woman at the desk run the place. Also think about washing the windows and facade of the building. The dirt makes it look like a dump.
