The night audit is kind and unruly. The morning crew is awful there was a guy and a woman there, the guy was rude and the woman was as well both had attitudes when asked if i could change rooms because the air went out and was smoking, but the night guy called and fixed the problem he switched my room and with an amazing attitude.

At check in I was given a keep to a room that was already occupied, and almost got bit by a dog. Once in a room of my own all the mirrors were dirty, cob webs in the room, coins on the floor, and boogers on the wall in the bathroom by the toilet paper holder.

I did not expect this hotel to be immaculate when I booked it. I was aware it could be hit or miss and probably wouldn’t say it was terrible, but the smell. It had the typical gross dirty floors, cigarette burns on the sheets, mold in the shower going on. Again, expectations were low going into this, but it was a last minute booking and I’ve stayed in some pretty rough places. Those aren’t the things I’m rating it terribly for. I’m rating it terribly because it smelled like someone locked 100 cat boxes in that room on the hottest day to date and decided to open the door the day we checked in. I actually went and purchased pet cleaners and disinfectants to try to eliminate any of it. It did not. It was a busy weekend in the area so I was unable to find another room, but let it be known I did in fact look because the smell was so s

On the first night, I discovered a bed bug in my room. Eventually, they gave us a new room since it was too late to go anywhere else. The new room had not been cleaned, it had trash still and had dirty towels. However, it was so late that we stayed anyway. In the morning, we informed them that we are leaving and would like a refund. They refused a refund for the bed bug/dirty rooms of the night before, but offered a refund for our second night. However, I have yet to receive any indication that I will be getting that refund.

We arrived at the property later in the evening Friday and there were large gatherings in the parking lots, on the balconies outside of our room (exterior doors). When I called the lobby to ask the policies on curfew (trying not to be a Karen and complain as soon as I got there) and I was hung up on. It was just my son and I so I felt a little uneasy about packing our luggage back to the car at that hour. We decided it’s safer behind the locked door than the parking lot. Once we got to unpacking, I started noticing water on the floor by the refrigerator, there was a faint smell of smoke, cigarette burns on the *unwashed blankets, hair all over the bathroom sink, piece of a soap bar in the drain of the tub, mold along the ceilings. I’ve never written a review but I’m nearly certain these are stock photos of the property. It was absolutely nothing like it’s listed. Don’t get taken advantage of.

The queen beds are actually full size beds. Our AC unit made the most horrific, loud noise which made it difficult to sleep and you could hear it all the way down the openair corridor. They eventually had someone come and fix it after we requested a new room or a refund. The lighting is awful and our bedroom area light kept strobing, which was not relaxing at all. There was also no elevator to bring our very heavy belongings up to the second floor. If there had been other open hotels at a doable price, we would have switched. Usually I would say you get what you pay for and the hotel was cheap, but in this case, we didn’t even get that.

Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke — exacerbating my allergies. There was near constant noise outside and in the room above us. And the tub faucet leaked a significant amount all night long — obviously a long term issue given the warped condition of the floor and flooring — and no amount of turning the faucet would get it to stop. This was a truly terrible experience and vented the fact that we will never stay at a RRIpropertu again.

We reserved a non smoking room. When we got to the room it was filled with stale smoke odor. The floor had not been cleaned I had to wear socks and they were filthy. The tv in the room didn’t work so they tried to fix it. We had to leave because we were there for my father’s funeral when we returned still the tv wasn’t fixed. We were exhausted so we stayed determined to check out the next morning. We were told they would not refund our money for the remainder of the stay so we had to stay. They moved us to another room and as we went to the door all we could smell was marajuana (spl). The room itself did not smell of cigarettes but again the floor was sticky and filthy and the air conditioner did not work. My husband and I had to go to the funeral home to make more arrangements and when we got back we were stuck in this room. We smell marjuana all night and people partying outside our door. The next morning my husband made other arrangements for us and we decided to stay elsewhere it was already stressful enough dealing with my father’s death we couldn’t handle another night of no sleep. The rating on Expedia is totally inaccurate. It should be much lower than it is.
