"The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update."
"My family and I had the best time here. It’s a great property with very nice amenities and the staff is wonderful. All the agents at the Front Desk were wonderful. I wish I knew everyone’s name. Pablo at the FD was very helpful. Very nice breakfast with a superb view. Perfect location as well. We stayed at the Condor cabin."
"The lake and mountain views are amazing. The hotel is right on the road by the lake. The hotel is a big stone European style building with lovely large spaces on the main floor for relaxing, billiards, and breakfast. The room we had was the cheapest. It was small but met our needs. Windows open for fresh air. No air conditioning.) They will give you a fan if you ask. Great location in center of town. "
"The room had a beautiful view. When it rained, it rained inside the room. We had to put towels to disk the water. No AC, but it was cold so we did not need it. I recommend the hotel."
