“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. “If, like me, you’re always looking for a centrally located hotel that’s in a quiet area, moderately priced and includes breakfast then I can save you some time and searching….. you’ve found it! My room was on the 3rd floor and incredibly quiet, even though I was there over the weekend and within walking distance of Lipscani (old town). The room was a good size, clean and well equipped, and they even give you free wine and cake on arrival. Louisa on the front desk was very friendly and helpful……
