Door Key card kept not working, the complex smells like feces outside at least on the southern side, tv would not change channel spent about an hour trying to fix it and got stuck with a shower about pimple popping. the room smelled questionable even for a smoking room. The staff at the counter however were very nice and professional even when facing my frustruation.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Several places to eat in walking distance. We were there for an event at the river, and the walk was easy and nice! BUT! I cannot emphasize how loud the clubs and street noise are if you’re on the street side. We were on the 11th floor and it felt like we were in the clurb. Bring white noise and ear plugs!

The room I was in was clean and orderly, and the staff was extremely helpful. I had a maintenance issue that needed to be dealt with and the staff did the work swiftly. Thank you to the Extended Stay team for the place to last my head while on vacation!
