I didn't use the laundry stuff were nice and helpful ,hotel was nice,,clean and quiet, i love the view from our room which was on the 22 nd floor, i just wish the room could have microwave and coffee maker.

Clean room, friendly staff. Nice looking hotel. Location great for WWWY/Sick New World. A bit fancy for us since we are not into boutique shopping. Also, be sure to bring appropriate clothing if you want to eat at the restaurants, otherwise have to eat at promenade.

Fantastic two bedroom apartment - big, well equipped, clean and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Brilliant pool and gym area. Staff were friendly, helpful and allowed us to store bags even after checkout. Great location and base for a stay in Miami. Highly recommend Flow Miami.
