It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . Barman in evening when we returned after watching London show not particularly receptive . "Extremely friendly and courteous staff, in particular the lady who checked us in and the breakfast team.
The hotel is being systematically renovated and the public areas are of a high standard. Our room was clean and well maintained and whilst the bathroom was clean and functional it would have benefited from being renovated. That said, there was nothing seriously wrong with it.
The price we paid represented excellent value for money.
