"A disappointing apartment, certainly not worth over £110 per night. Very basic with unattractive furnishing. The advertised 'parking on site' is only 1 space for 2 apartments and was not available on our arrival - this should be made clear in the listing. There are cameras on the balcony and hot tub so we did not use either as it was so intrusive. When we arrived the bedsheets and towels smelt awful, they came to change but hardly any better. The air conditioning smelt bad and we had to sleep...

"Fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies. The bigger one was perfect for drying of your clothes after being in the water. Wasjhng machine and dishwasher included. Location was perfect for my purposes. The dive center I used was just around the corner and so was the shore boulevard with all the restaurants. They arranged the transfer from airport at a reasonable price and you could easily contact them by WhatsApp if needed. All in all a perfect stay. Way too big for just me, you can sleep 4 - 6...

En superlekkere eetgelegenheden om de hoek van het appartement. Verder ook goede communicatie mogelijk met verhuurder. Wij hadden lekkage van de boiler, app gestuurd en ze waren er heel snel."

"We both enjoyed our stay apartment was nice had most things we needed and lovely view we had a problem with no water one day but this was sorted promptly within an hour which was the fastest in service ive ever had for something like that excellent service. Only complaint this year is we had noisy guest in the apartment above the first ones had loud music 3am till 6am one night cigarette ash flicked down into our balcony and water splashing down from there hot tub the second lot of guests...

"Wverything in the hotel was excellent 👌👍 rooms, spacious, comfortable, well maintained, nice partial ocean view. Food in the restaurants (HB) one of the best we had in the hotel's buffets. We travelled a lot. 3 outdoor Swimmin pools, heated salted water - very warm and comfortable to refresh in almost 40 celsius outdoor temperature. Private beach and sunbeds available. Towel station. What not to like? :)"

"Great location and comfortable stay The location of 115 The Strand Hotel is fantastic, and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms were kept clean, which was a positive. However, we did have some issues with the air conditioning, including a leak, and there were signs of damp and mould, which was disappointing. If natural daylight is important to you, I’d recommend booking a balcony room which is lovely but we also had one of the standard rooms it had no natural light at all, just a concrete wall outside the window. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options. The front-of-house team were lovely and welcoming, although the restaurant staff weren’t particularly pleasant overall. Only two members of the restaurant team were genuinely engaging and friendly. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, comfortable beds and clean rooms, but the air-conditioning, damp/mould issues and lack of natural light in some standard rooms are worth considering when booking."

"A lovely stay - ataff we’re all so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Particular mention to Angela and Ev…. in restaurant who almost had our preferred coffees waiting for us on arrival. Food all a very good standard too. Pool area lovely and plenty of poolside service too. A very quiet area and a bit of a way to Valetta but around €15-18 in a Bolt."
