Only down side was lack of AC which in the summer heat was a little to warm inside the rooms. With that beinG said I was able to open the window to allow the breeze inside but there was a noisy street and restaurant below.

The hotel is less than a year old and Google maps shows it as a construction site. Also, it is a short walk from the Gare down about 100 m in elevation, but the stairs are hard to find and Google doesn't know about them.

"This house was great for all of our family in a good position for the beach. However there wasn’t enough comfortable seating and another bathroom would be a great asset. The owner was very friendly and helpful."
