"When we arrived the personal wasn’t aware of our arrival and place look very dirty and nothing like they were picturing in the app, we lived due to the dirtiness and lack of communication with the owners, people in charge were very nice but confused cause no owe let them know of our arrival and they wrote like I stayed, but it’s not true. I lived immediately cause I felt unsafe"

"We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The pictures do not do the this boutique hotel justice. It was a beautiful little slice of paradise. It feels like you’re staying in a peaceful part of a rain forest. The staff were kind and attentive. We were able to get our laundry washed and delivered to the room by the staff for $12 a load. It’s also located about an hour away from each popular activity. It’s not the hotels fault at all but sometimes it took 20-30 minutes for an Uber to come so I would advise planning accordingly. We only stayed 2 nights and had wished we had stayed here for our entire vacation. We will be booking again in the future."
