The room was good. My disappointment was this… I prepaid for my rooms for my trip. Upon arrival, Check in was smooth. We stayed one night. The following morning upon checkout, we find that they billed us another 18.95 “resort fee”due at checkout. Why? There is no resort! Why wasn’t this fee included in my original purchase price??? This is shady and rediculous. I believe that the leave the 19.00 off to make their rates look better to get more rooms rented and then charge the extra 19.00 afterward because your stuck paying it at this point and they make another 19.00 off of the room. I will not be back.

The robe was amazing. Great full size shampoo & conditioner. Nice tissues. Strongly suggest to get a room overlooking the water as the rooms by the front desk are very loud and you can hear everything.

The room was clean and quiet, which we really appreciated after a long day of traveling. The staff was very kind and friendly and made us feel welcome. The only small issue was that the laundry machine was not working at the moment, but otherwise everything was great. We had a pleasant stay. 😊

Rooms have bedbugs. Pool and Hot have been out of order for months. We left after 4 hours in our room. They refused a refund for a 2 day stay after showing them the bedbugs to which the front desk lady killed with a napkin like it is a everyday thing. Worst hotel. Staff are rude, rooms are dirty. ...
