Luxury barn conversion in the forest

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our new gite "La Grange" is a barn conversion located in the Causses du Quercy Regional Park. Set in a private forest, it is a peaceful location, close to nature, but with beautiful places, such as the medieval village of St Cirq Lapopie, nearby.

Our gite, La Grange, is located at Les Teyssonnières in the Causses du Quercy Regional Park. Set in a private forest, it is a peaceful location, close to nature and with beautiful villages nearby. The property, with its oak woodland and meadows, is a haven for wildlife with numerous species of orchid, butterflies, birds and mammals.

Our accommodation occupies part of our old barn. Comprising an open plan sitting and dining area with full kitchen and separate bathroom. The bedroom and a separate seating area are located upstairs on a mezzanine accessed by an oak staircase.

- Fully-equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. Tassimo coffee machine and filter coffee machine.
- Air conditioning and heating.
- Free, unlimited Wi-Fi.
- 40 inch Smart TV with UK or alternatively French terrestrial channels.
- Amazon Firestick so you can access your own streaming channels.
- Blu-ray and DVD Player.
- Google Nest Audio Speaker (for music, information and radio stations) with Bluetooth connectivity.

French doors lead onto a large gravelled seating area with direct access to a large garden and adjacent land. The gite has panoramic views across the surrounding woodland.

Access to secluded shared swimming pool and sundeck.

A washing machine and drying facilities are available for guests in a separate building close to the gite.

Smoking is not permitted indoors, only on the patio area outside the gite, due to the risk of fire. Pets are not permitted.

Dedicated parking is provided for guests outside the accommodation. A bicycle rack (five spaces) is also located nearby.

Electric vehicle charging point on-site.

Brand new!

We had a great stay at the property owned by Sarah and Simon. It has everything you need for a super holiday - the gite looks brand new and is spotless inside - the kitchen has everything!!. Sarah and Simon are great hosts and came to our rescue with some local knowledge when we had a puncture not far away. We would love to stay here again if we are in the area
