This Conesus cottage boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, featuring 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. With a cozy atmosphere, a gas fireplace, private shared beach and dock for small boat launching (no motor boats) and modern amenities like a hair dryer and AC, guests can relax and unwind. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and more essentials for a comfortable stay. Lots of private garden like outdoor space to grill and eat and a hammock. Our place is perfect for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember. Please note property does not provide WiFi or cable tv. Lots of cookware, bake ware and espresso/kcup maker and frother - no blender at moment (sorry it broke)

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
As far as check out, just leave the key back in the combo box and scramble to dials, be sure to lock the door behind you. Other than that, just be sure lights and air conditioner are off.
Please take your trash out to the trash bin I have next to my black and green composter which is to the right hand side of the driveway. Please leave recycling in a separate bag in the same trash bin
Please wash any dishes, if you don't have time to put them back in the cabinet it is okay to leave them drying in the dish rack. Thanks and have a great time

Cute cabin

We had a nice stay! Very beautiful and quiet. The cabin was cute and had plenty of space for my dog and I! We would definitely recommend and return!

Nice little cottage

Nice clean cottage not too far from stores & restaurants also Letchworth park is nice. Plenty of dishes towels and linens. Will stay again.
