UPDATED YEAR ROUND LAKE HOUSE

A renter's dream! Year round lake house located on the WEST side of Conesus Lake. This 7 bedroom (sleeps 20 in beds), 3 1/2 bath lake house makes for a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life OR maybe a new place to work from home.
Our family bought this cottage 10 years ago, so that we can make memories at the lake together. Unfortunately, there are a lot of times we are not using the lake house due to life getting in the way. We want other families to have the opportunity to experience the magic of being on the water and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Great for families (multiple) to rent year round to enjoy all seasons and activities that go along with them. Included in the property....Swimming (water mat included), fishing, kayaking (2), paddle board, (2), pedal boat tube for your boat, water skis, inflatable rafts, beach toys. BOAT and JET SKI ARE NOT INCLUDED. Private dock will be in by May and taken out in October. There is room to tie up a boat if you choose to bring your own or rent. Also and extra jet ski hoist. Enjoy beautiful fall foliage around the lake, and cozy up by the fireplace in the winter after ice fishing or duck hunting. The lake house also includes a large deck for dinners and entertaining, which includes an outdoor TV, outdoor dart board, and grill. There is also a firepit with chairs and area for lawn games. If the weather isn't cooperating no worries there are lots of board/card games to play!!!



Looking to get out a bit? Conesus lake has lots to offer...Deer Run Winery, coffee shops, local shops, bars, breweries, golf courses. There are two restaurants that you can boat up to as well as drive to (Beachcomber & ). Minnehans fun center (go-carts, miniature golf, batting cages, arcade, food, ice cream). You can also take a quick car ride into Geneseo, NY. This town provides lots more restaurants, shopping , Wegmans, Walmart, movie theatre, bowling. Letchworth State Park is also a close drive to go hiking and check out the falls.

Onsite WASHER and DRYER provided, plenty of closet space, extra fridge and freezer(2). Air Conditioning in all rooms! Linens and towels provided.

Wonderful week at the lake

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and it was a wonderful experience. The house comes with just about anything you could imagine. The location is perfect with the walk in beach area, dock, beautiful deck, multiple rooms, it truly fit all of my families needs!

Well stocked and plenty of activities, toys, etc. for our families - from 6 to 60 plus! We had a relaxing and enjoyable time. Maybe a bit more attention to cleaning the grille and working lights. Did not think the insurance add-on was necessary, but we would stay here again given all the conveniences.

Fabulous home with amazing lake location

Our family visited the weekend of our daughter’s college graduation with my husband’s parents, brother, sister-in-law and their kids. The house has plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. There’s a relaxing porch/deck overlooking the lake with plenty of lake toys and fishing equipment for kids young and old! Dana was quick to reply and a wonderful host

This house is absolutely wonderful! Dana is a super host, who gets back to you so quickly with any concerns you may have. The house is big enough for everyone to have a private space. We were a party of 7 adults and 5 children. Everyone has a great time. All the amenities they provide were outstanding! Anything you may have forgotten was provided!! Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware galore. Very clean and outside is well kept. Huge deck and the waterfront was a blast. I highly recommend this house!

Great Fall Weekend

The Lake House was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a large family gathering. The host gave clear directions to find the property and where to park (4 spots available). Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!

Great stay for multiple generations!

We had 3 generations of family staying at the Tucker House, with more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable! Everything was as described in the listing, with even more amenities available than listed. Dana was very responsive (we didn’t need anything once we arrived); the neighbors were very nice & everything we could have needed was readily available. We would highly recommend the Tucker house to anyone & will hopefully be returning again next summer!

Annual family vacation

Perfect place for our whole family to stay and have own bedrooms for all. We had 4 families staying. Enjoyed being on the lake. We rented a boat for one day. Appreciated all the lake toys that were available for us to use. The house was very clean. Beds a little uncomfortable but adequate. This was our second year.

Finger Lakes Family Reunion

We had a family reunion at this property with 18 of us who came from different places in the US and Canada. Everything exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and offered help to make sure our weekend went well. I would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful lake view and very comfortable home. Relaxing lake side home

We gathered adult family members from 3 different states here and enjoyed relaxing together at this house. Favorite features and what we used the most were the big porch, adult water "toys," and board games & puzzles. The feeling of this rental is that of a homey, comfortable & lived in family home. Dana was readily responsive and the whole process and our stay was easy and uncomplicated. We hope to return again.

Love the Lake Life!

Perfect for comfortably accommodating our large family. Some nice homey touches by the hosts were much appreciated...they thought of everything. The waterfront access was awesome! Closeness of other cottages was somewhat a negative, but there was little to be done about that. Overall, a GREAT experience!

Wonderful Graduation Weekend

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Tucker House and the wonderful views of the lake enhanced the celebration of our niece’s graduation. We also appreciated that the first floor bathroom/shower each have accessibility equipment as I have an injury-related disability. The deck furniture was plentiful and comfortable for our afternoon and evening gatherings with the family on the deck. And communication with Dana was always helpful and responsive. We highly recommend the Tucker House.

Amazing Lakehouse!

My family and I were overwhelmed by the amenities provided at this house. We have been renting lake houses for years, and this one truly was stocked with the items we would need. It was more than accommodating to young kids, which was a big help. Communication with the owner was very quick, which I appreciated. The large number of bedrooms perfectly allowed each of my family members to have their own space, along with the 4 bathrooms. The outside deck was a great spot to hang out, which allowed a great view of the lake and the kids playing down in the water. It was even a great spot during a thunderstorm, as the roofline provided dry spots to sit. The neighbors at the top of the road were also very kind to us. The extra touches such as the s'mores kit, toiletries, and kids toys made this a comforting place to spend the week. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Lovely Lake House

Our stay at the Tucker Lake House was so nice. Our extended family and I traveled up for a local celebration and this house had everything we needed. The main floor with the kitchen and shared living space had been updated and was very comfortable to spend time with each other. The room was stocked with games and activities for the kids. The kitchen also had everything needed to prepare meals for a large group. Every room had plenty of space for each household. There were a few different combinations of layouts for each room to accommodate different groups. The bathrooms were placed nicely for one or two rooms to share. There was a closet with extra pillows, towels, linens, etc. The water pressure was excellent and we had plenty of warm water for all 13 of us getting ready at the same time. I also appreciated the safety and items for my small children - we stayed in one of the back bedrooms away from the steps and I had no concern about little wanderers in the night. There were also sound machines, stools to reach the sinks and lower toilets for my little ones to reach easily. This house was cozy inside and the outside was just as nice. The porch was great to watch the kids play on the frozen lake and catch a glimpse of the ice fisherman drilling. Check in was easy, check out instructions were simple and the owners were organized and easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back to stay at this charming home!

Family vacation

Cannot say enough about the place. Bedrooms were set up perfectly for our three extended families. 13 bodies of all sizes. 7 adults and 6 kids(4 months - 12 years). Actually did not use 1 bedroom with 2 full beds. Kitchen and dining area were well equipped for our stay, separate ice maker came in handy.Plenty of toys and games that kept kids busy on 2 rain days and all other days.Floats and life vests were used every day. Rented pontoon for 2 days and took the large float mat to the sand bar at north end of lake. FYI excellent spot to have water fun. Used kayaks daily. AC was excellent also, temp in the 80's for our stay. Had one issue and Dana responded within minutes, explain situation and took care of it.(toilet paper). we try to go to a different spot every year but would consider this place again in a heartbeat. Took over 300 hundred photos and will have trouble creating our vacation photo book.You're anxious doing this type of stay but I want you to know how much my family enjoyed ourselves at the lake house.thank you for making your place available for complete strangers to enjoy.
