“This home was perfect for my family visiting for a wedding at the Cotton Barn. It was convenient to shopping and the venue. The house was stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable. Check out was a breeze and we weren’t required to do much before we left! Communicating with the host was quick and she was very accommodating. ”

“Our stay in Greenville was pleasant and quiet. The house was comfortable but we were unable to get TV or use the streaming service due to needed updates. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and stocked for our short stay. However, we struggled to turn on the shower in the main bathroom due to our ignorance. Printed instructions would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable but one set of sheets had an unpleasant smell, probably due to being folded and stored while still slightly damp.……

“Pros: house is super conveniently located in town. Neighborhood is quiet. Has an outside kitty that is sweet. Was able to cook meals and save money. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer work well. Cons: AC struggled in the southern heat, stove tops were a little small (but functional), dryer vent was not clean, some food wrappers and popcorn kernels throughout the house. Small inconveniences, really. Shower did make a strange noise, but worked. Stairs are a little narrow.……

“We booked this property in Sept ‘24 for May ‘25 graduation. I messaged the host in March and received no response. The day of our check-in as we were driving to Greenville, I messaged the host because I hadn’t revised check-in info. I had received an email from VRBO about checking but no instructions. Immediately after messaging the host, my booking was cancelled. We were on the way to graduation. He had overbooked on another site and cancelled my reservation which I made 8 months in……

“utensils were in short supply and the addition of a sheet not just a bed spread would have been nice. overall it was an excellent value. the large capacity washer and dryer was big enough for a family of 8. that's an observation not a complaint. all appliances were new. ”
