"Everything was FABULOUS. Beds comfy, pillows glorious, rooms very clean and lovely! We had breakfast annd dinner in the restaurant in the lobby twice. The food and service was excellent.
Only complaint is front desk agent that checked us in for not explain that the room key opened and closed the parking lot gate. I couldn’t figure out how to open it and paid the $14 fee twice with a credit card at the gate only to find out I was also charged for the parking on my bill. When I checked out, the front desk did credit me for the error. "
"It’s been years since I’ve booked here, but when I did back in early 2010s there’s always been an issues with booking thru a 3rd party. When you get to property confirming payment his a few snags bc the card numbers don’t match, making attendant have to do some back ended verification before proceeding with check in. I thought this issues would’ve been resolved after so many years, but to no avail. Aside from that. AMAZING STAY!! Great friendly and patient staff. "
"Room was large and spacious. I wish the bathroom fan and ceiling light were on separate switches. Bed was firmer than a typical hotel bed, but I like my bed very firm so I wish it was firmer. Complimentary breakfast was good, lots of choices for unhealthy/healthy options. Good coffee. I didn't notice if there was an elevator to get to my room on the third floor. If there was an elevator, my room was nowhere near it."
