“I have insect bites all over my body”

“The room was NOT clean, sheets were dirty, as well as sheets. Heater didn't work, flies in the room, I paided for a studio king bed, when I arrived I was informed room was not available any longer. I was provided a two twin bed. I asked for a refund, which I was decline, I have to contacted Expedia the same way I booked and paided. In addition, no one available at front desk. you had to call a number and then someone will come at front. Very very disappointed”

“Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.”

“Staff was very nice. Easy to get ahold of on the phone but not present onsite as much which was fine for what I needed. Walking distance to the strip with a lot of food/bar options. Can see water from property. Would stay there again.”
