We did not receive check-in instructions as promised by a text the day before, and so it took over 30 minutes and multiple phone calls and texts to gain entry and to get the fob for the parking garage. The second day there, I received a text from Lisa, saying our apartment would be ready later that day! We then told Lisa that there was only one hand towel in the bathroom, no shower matt, nothing to wash or scrub dishes with and that the TV in the bedroom was offline. She said she would send someone out with the supplies and to fix the TV. The next day, after no one had come, I sent another text asking when they were coming and received no response. Never did anyone come with the missing items, extra toilet paper as she promised, or to fix the TV. We ended up buying our own toilet paper.
That being said—the apartment was very nice and has an amazing view of the river. The facility is nice, and the building management very helpful, though they have nothing to do with The Landing and mentioned that other people had had similar problems. Very poor communication and service and I will not rent from Landing again.
