The first disappointment was the very rude behaviour during check-in. The second disappointment was in the operation: one elevator and therefore a long wait. The third disappointment was dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Clean, friendly staff, amenities were good, breakfast was a lovely touch, location is perfect. But…we checked out early, we couldn’t take it anymore. Our room was on the main street side and it was EXTREMELY NOISY all night and we got zero sleep. Lucky there was a supermarket across the road to buy ear plugs, but they proved worthless.
