Located in a natural environment, without annoying noises, it offers total privacy and a sense of freedom that is difficult to find. Outside, the protagonist is undoubtedly the swimming pool, surrounded by trees, sun and calm. Just next to it, you will find a covered but open area, equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the outdoors without giving up comfort. There you will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a brick barbecue, perfect for preparing everything from relaxed lunches to long dinners with friends or family. This space becomes the heart of the estate on sunny days, with direct access to the pool and views of the natural surroundings. The interior of the house is designed to make you feel at home from the very first moment. It features an interior kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary for long or short stays, a spacious and welcoming living-dining room, ideal for sharing moments in group or resting after a day in the sun. The property has three bedrooms: two of them with double beds and a third with two single beds, perfect for families with children or groups of friends. In addition, there are two full bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a bathtub, so you can choose how to relax after a day at the pool or exploring the surroundings.
