"Outstanding hotel. Renovated house from the XVIII century, turned into a wonderful boutique hotel. Easy to find, with plenty of available parking in the street nearby. The quality of the linens, bed sheets, towels and bathroom amenities were superb. Very comfy bed, great sleep quality. The staff was excellent. Iria provided an incredible service, with a marvellous breakfast and check in-out experience. Duarte was a wonderful host, providing an awesome tour of the house and catering to all our...

"Have you ever checked into a hotel and been made to feel that you were an inconvenience? That you were interrupting someone? That you were being looked down at by someone who thought they were superior? I was fortunate in my work and now in my retirement to have traveled the world for 30 years averaging about 250 nights of travel per year. Never, ever, have I been “greeted” with such rudeness and arrogance. We were demeaned and considered leaving after our miserable experience at check in but...

"Beautifully remodeled property. Very well appointed and comfortable. Located right in the middle of town, within easy access to shopping and 5 minute walk to Parking area. Can’t park nearby so don’t even try (damaged both bumpers after Google misdirected is down the narrow streets to a nearby unloading area). Better to park and carry your stuff. "

"El apartamento es muy bonito, limpio, acogedor y las instalaciones son preciosas. Me ha gustado mucho, lastima que no hemos podido disfrutar mucho de la estancia por otras circunstancias. Pero si vuelvo a Elvas, sin duda volvería a este sitio."

"Great WiFi service, the hotel situates by the gates inside of the walls! Easy access to everything! Friendly people ! Great food and excellent cheap wine!!!"
"Ideally situated in the old town, within a couple of minutes walk of sights, bars and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Spotlessly clean and great communication. "
"Great spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and had toiletries, hair dyer and a bidet. Would not hesitate to return again."
"Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay."
