Dislikes - day core was very tired - windows needed cleaning inside (got told not the cleaners job - done 2 or 3 times a year - baby toddler hand prints all over the windows. Carpet stained and nearly in holes in one area. Opened the washing machine to find someone's washing (not cleaned) in the washing machine - put in sink and told reception - it was still there when we left.
