Cooleys Rift Vacations from $543

Things I enjoyed: overall excellent hotel with plants everywhere, its beautiful. 5 stars. Smooth check in, room beautiful and immaculate, felt big. They have an audi e-tron that can take you places within 2 miles in Nashville, although it is often taken since there is only one. I attended the spa which was a nice experience with a sauna and steam room as well. Things I did not enjoy: Bar upstairs was pretty, although its a bit disappointing to pay that price for a pre-made batch cocktail. Did not appreciate an automatic gratuity on the spa services - that should be up to the customer.

Rooms were nice and big with lots of space and a full, functional kitchen. The elevator wasn’t working while we were there, so we used the stairs. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we did not check out in time. Without a call, our belongings were removed from the room and put on a cart. I totally understand that something must be done when a guest’s stay runs beyond the checkout time. I have no sympathy for the hotel when an effort to contact the guest is not made. Hotel staff were unsympathetic and just pointed fingers. Boo!

The nicest place I have stayed in this far. Staff, outstanding, location, perfect!! Rooms, amazingly comfortable! Love the stay and experience!! Tyler and John will make sure your stay is just like being home but better.
