Quite clean and new, but not reflective of the price we paid. It served our purpose in a business traveller style, except that we are a family on holidays. In contrast, the common area which incorporates reception is extremely run down and in need of a complete renovation if not an entire rebuild. The cloth on the pool table is completely worn and torn which illustrates the condition of the rest of the main building. There are the remnants of a bar no longer operating (unlike the image in the Wotif site showing an operational and stocked bar. There are signs to a restaurant which is no longer operating. There is a pool which is not clearly operating (containing green water). Extremely disappointing! The grounds of the property are like a construction site in varying state of repair or disrepair. We had an ok night, but at $736, this was not in any way, value for money. The rooms was almost brand new, with modern kitchenette, amazing bathroom with a bathtub and dual person shower. There was a closed in outdoor bbq area. I arrived early and they accommodated an early check in. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Excellent bed and linen. Full size fridge.
