This property exceeded my expectations. The rooms was almost brand new, with modern kitchenette, amazing bathroom with a bathtub and dual person shower. There was a closed in outdoor bbq area. Perfect for the snow trip.

The room was comfortably set out clean loved the big tv, nice view across valley, manager very friendly & obliging. Exterior in the midst of refurbishment, nice quiet location off main road. A little bit of a hidden jewel.

The new owners have renovated the rooms and they are modern and comfortable, the owners are really welcoming and cheerful and the rooms we had were large and clean. We stopped here for the night on our way to Thredbo to MTB with 12 guys (3 rooms) and it was perfect, walked down to the pub in town for a meal that evening and got off early the next morning to ride.

Interesting motel with extensive renovations

It is very hard to rate as it is in the process of extensive renovations. We enjoyed it but might distress others. On a hill on the edge of town but only a few minutes drive to the centre. Great view. Very cheap and we paid $10 to upgrade to a new room with a mountain view. The whole site is a bit of a mess but no noise at night. Well equipped room but the king bed takes up much of the floor space. Large bathroom with good shower. Definitely an experience and we would stay again

It’s hard to give a definitive review as the property is in the process of enormous refurbishment and construction. We were fortunate to get a refurbished room for the night, had a lovely view looking over the town and sunrise in the morning. The refurbishment of this room was excellent, however the room was very small so we had to manoeuvre around each other constantly. Ideal for a single person. The pluses were : lots of power points, excellent shower, huge TV with Netflix, You Tube etc available. Very good wifi, very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend in another 6 months to a year when it may be completed but before that request a refurbished room only.

Complex is in process of being upgraded / refurbished so outside appearance is "ordinary" at moment (Sept 2023). The room provided was not an upgraded room (an upgraded room was offered for a slight up-charge but was declined by self) and room allocated was clean & functional. No cooking / food heating facility inside room (explained at check-in) and as complex is more than a walk "out of town" it was eat in town (many options) or take away. Not an issue as only an overnight stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived early and they accommodated an early check in. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Excellent bed and linen. Full size fridge. Best of all they are pet friendly.
