"Absolutely paradise—this home is truly a special place. From the very start, communication with the owner was excellent and continued seamlessly throughout our stay: timely, helpful, and clear. The house is located in a fantastic part of TC, with beautiful views and easy access to everything. We stayed with two families, and both the kids and adults had an amazing time. The kayaks and paddleboards were definitely a highlight for us. The home is extremely well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Villa in Paradise was perfect for me and my husband. The beach was amazing (you really can't find better views) and the pool was fantastic as well. The villa was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked and had things like foil, sandwich bags, and spices left from previous tenants (all were still well within their expiration dates). The golf cart was great to have for exploring the area.Brian was terrific! He provided so many suggestions for our trip before we arrived (since it was our first time to the island) and was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be making another trip soon!"

"Great little villa by the beach and centrally located between the two restaurants. The golf cart was definitely appreciated. It was nice to get some breakfast and dinner quicker than walking would’ve been treasure K is a pretty small island community so there’s not a whole lot to do unless you bring your own fun. But sitting on the beach a week before Thanksgiving and swimming in the water was great. Be careful of the little jellyfish they can sting but it doesn’t really hurt too much at all. "

"This home was perfect for two couples. It has another room or two if you have kids and is a great location to Treasure Cay amenities. We loved the tiki hut and the private back patio and pool setting. If you like to cook in it's the perfect spot to relax! We will be back!"

"Beautiful condo and such an amazing weekend. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including coffee! The condo was very close to one of the two resort pools and had a hot tub to boot. The pool side bar was so much fun and had good food. And the resort staff were so much fun too! Thanks for a great stay. I'll be returning. "
