Food was just okay. Not much taste. Thank you.
The landing of the plane in Campeche was a bit heavy - all of the passengers noticed the landing.
The cabin was a bit in the warm side
Baggage got damaged
No food was left without porc for the last rows
My husband and I were seated 3 rows apart. Not cool!
The first leg of my return flight (Mexico to Panama City) was excellent. There was a choice of meal, the plane itself was very modern and the whole process was very professional and orderly. The second flight (Panama to San Juan) was none of these things. For some reason, I had to pass through a second metal detector and baggage check, in which my water bottle was confiscated (though I'd bought it not five minutes before, in the airport itself). Had I needed to go to the bathroom, I'd have had to leave the gate and go through the whole process again. The waiting area didn't have enough seats, so people were sprawled on the floor all over the area. Once we got on the plane, entertainment was virtually non-existent, there was only one meal option, which had meat, and the drink cart only went through the cabin once. Come to think of it, the situation was similar on my trip to Mexico City (first leg to Panama City was lovely, second half to CDMX was subpar).
