The property is exclusively for the guests' own private use; the main house on the premises is not for use but always vacant when the cabana is rented. This Balinese-style cabana offers a truly distinctive experience, as it is situated in a one-of-a-kind environment that embraces the authentic Balinese charm. It's important to note that occasional bugs, insects, and plant litter, like bamboo leaves, are common due to the natural surroundings which adds to the authenticity of the experience. Although all efforts are made to maintain cleanliness, please understand that the pool and surrounding areas may never be entirely free of leaves. Nestled directly on the pristine shores and set against the backdrop of the natural landscape, our home offers an escape into serenity. We are pleased to provide complimentary Wi-Fi as a convenience to our guests. However, due to our unique location and the direct beachfront setting, interruptions in Wi-Fi and internet connectivity are not an uncommon occurrence. We encourage our guests to prepare a back-up plan for moments where a reliable Wi-Fi connection is essential. Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions Our home is designed to host a maximum of 2 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation. Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction. We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the outdoor entry gate. Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration. Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book. A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection. It was private, Quite and the view was the best from the beach. Everyone we showed photos to thought we were in Bali!Will definitely come back here again for another get away or our 1 year anniversary. Unfortunately we broke up and needed to cancel the reservations. Even though we gave 2 weeks notice we were advised there’s a strict no cancellation rule… We decided to go anyway and make the most of it. We arrived at night and it was pitch black. It took us 20 minutes of hunting around before we found the keys. The owner would take their time getting back to us so we were locked outside in the cold. We were told no smoking or else there would be a fine…but we found cigarette ash in the kitchen by the power point. The cutting board was covered in mould. Once again, it’s funny there’s fines left right and centre but no concession for poor cleaning or the ash on the kitchen counter top? The pool isn’t heated so don’t book in winter it’s freezing They had butter and spreads but no bread. They had limited fire wood. We wanted to cook our dinner over the fire but the fire ran out. There’s no lights outside where the bbq is so we had to cook in pitch darkness. The fairy lights in the bedroom were out of battery. Anyway long story short it kinda felt like a doll house. They give you half of everything like bbq with no outdoor lights, pool without heating, fairy lights without battery, cutting board but the catch is it’s covered in mould. It’s positioned in a great sleepy, small beach town... perfect if you don’t want to be surrounded by tourists and just looking for complete peace and quite. The view and access to the beach is what makes this property THE BEST. Unfortunately there was no WiFi (which can be viewed as good or bad) and some of the utilities could have been cleaned a little better, but overall would definitely stay again for a long weekend.
