We noticed several issues with the house that suggested a lack of routine maintenance such as shower drain not draining, smelly pipes under the bathroom sink, windows with broken handles, and clothes dryer quit working. The maintenance team did respond promptly and successfully to our requests other than that they were unable to fix the dryer at the end of our stay.
