Everything is new. Not happy with staff service. Lady working at the checkin to water park this morning has a rude way of speaking with people. Coffee at the Starbucks severed the wrong bites and charged for one more coffee which was not purchased. Manger was nice and reimbursement the payment. When we came to the room none of the lights were working. Saturday wrist band stopped working. House keeping came in made one bed and left the other bed unmade. I called front desk and asked if they can have house keeping come in 20 mins to make the bed, they said they will. Came back to the room after an hour still not made. Notified them again came back to room around 10pm still not completed. We were told check out was 10 am then during checkout front desk said 11am. Very poor costumer service from staff. Wont be returning since there are several options for resorts with good coustomer service by staff.

Check in was easy, staff is very friendly and efficient. Hotel and rooms are nice. Having a bar/ restaurant on site is so convenient! Very much enjoyed my stay.

AC kept the room cool. The room was just basic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. New owners just took over the property and are excited to remodel it.

Room was cute, total Western feel.
