Best hotel I had stayed at, spacious rooms, a good size 1 bedroom with a large bathroom with jacuzzi and a full size kitchen with dining area. All utensils are provided. Well equipped. Clean, Room temperature control was good to provide comfortable temp. Hotel staffs were helpful, help me with Tesla charging at the hotel, though slow but one and only one Tesla supercharger station was 17 miles out and 34 miles rt for full charge. BesidesTemp was over 100F in the daytime and the waiting time for Tesla charge made life miserable. Thanks to the hotel staff for helping me out on this.

Check-in was later than it was supposed to be because there were three of us checking in and they had some late checkouts. The resort gave us a gift card to make up for the late check-in. The condo was very nice, well stocked and super clean and quiet. The jet tub and huge shower were so nice. In the morning I used the fitness facility and it was also super clean, and included antibacterial wipes to wipe down equipment after use. There are tons of things to do on property: they offered yoga in the morning, there’s ping pong, corn hole, fuss-ball and an indoor shuffleboard, a pool and hot tub, a fitness room. The club house has books and games, there is a small gift shop. The property is adjacent to a golf course. Cottonwood is only a 6 minute drive for food and shopping. Sedona is just right down the road about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

One bedroom was very nice. Didn’t use kitchen but was a nice add and bathroom was huge. Very nice. Furniture a little dated but good enough. Great location close to Sedona and cottonwood. Btw we really enjoyed cottonwood and Jerome.

We checked in around 5:30pm, so we have no time to do something. restless night at this place. We had big foot right above us. this place is very hidden, it is in the middle of a small town, 30 minutes to sedona. Place was clean, but it has Different vibes. Note: This place is very strict at thier policy, you have to follow the policy or else. responsible for lost or stolen property: FAILURE TO VACATE: they will charge you a late fee of $50 for the first 30 min & $100 every hour after that, Personal items may be subject to removal by management. I stayed in so many resorts, I checked out late once but they don't charge me like this, when late checking out. That paper they give me upon check out got me thinking all night. I am in Sedona a lot of time, this is the first time staying here and Wont be coming back. property is outdated.

Great property with all our needs met. The unit was clean, bed was comfy, and the bathroom was great with a stand up shower and a huge soaking tub with jets(we didn’t get a chance to use it). Nice back patio too. Would definitely stay again.
