“It was a fabulous, relaxing stay in a brilliant location for me. The room, the greeting, the breakfast, the greeting at breakfast, the flexibility (as I had to extend my stay a couple of times!)....all were simply great. I will be back without a doubt. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”

“We booked this accommodation as the reviews were very positive! But just a few days prior to our holiday we saw a review that said this property was sold and presently empty! Contacted the owner email/phone, no response. Contacted Expedia, finally got through to talk to a representative..but just said they would contact us 24hrs prior if the booking was cancelled! The owner finally rang us the day before our trip and confirmed our booking ..but not at the accommodation we originally booked! On……

“It's a breath of fresh air to travel to accomodation and arrive early and to be offered afternoon tea whilst waiting for our room to be available. Jenny the host was an absolute breath of fresh air and nothing was too much for her to accommodate us. Easy parking, stunning grounds with a lovely stream running through it. Breakfast was absolutely spot on. I visit hotels all over the U.K with work and this place is a breath of fresh air. Overall a must visit place within 10 minutes walk to a……

“The hotel was awful, dirty. Couldn't have dinner hotel to busy. Breakfast had to be pre ordered, then one breakfast was forgotten. Had to keep asking for items. The poached eggs were rock hard. The whole experience was a nightmare. Found cut dirty toe nails on the bed. cobwebs in the bedroom. Pool area was terrible. Hotel needs a complete refurb. Some photos couldn't be uploaded. ”
