“Excellent place to stay! Friendly welcoming staff. Clean rooms with daily service, tea making facilities and coffee machine with a tub of biscuits in room. Plenty of parking. Breakfast includes a cook breakfast or cereal, yogurt, toast etc. The location is perfect literally 2 mins walk down to beach or a restaurant which is open daily or a 10 min walk into Falmouth town. Highly recommend.”

“When booked it says take blanket&pillow case?no need bedding is included.. Shared bathroom clean&tidy. After 10.30 gets really loud with jukebox,on a main road..if you a light sleeper this is no good.but i enjoyed my stay it was for one night..breakfast was excellent! Cereals toast and a full English was excellent for my journey I would definitely stay again if was down that end..very impressive. ”

“The room was tiny so it was a bit difficult to have two suitcases in it. Maybe shelves instead of the closet would be more workable for couples. The bathroom was the smallest but most functional I've ever had. Alan was really helpful with the map to find the best places about and tide table for visiting St Michaels Mount. Would definitely recommend it. ”

“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”
