Top Level: Kitchen w/ 2 dishwashers, 2 dining areas (2 tables - seats 20, 4 bar stools), great room w/ 40" flat screen TV/DVD, stereo w/CD, gas fireplace, King MBR TV/VCR w/semi-private full hall bath, 2 King MBRs w/ TV/DVD. 

Extras: Private Pool (14x40), can be heated for an additional $800 w/ nice, shaded cabana area, 2025 Pool Dates: 3/29/2025-10/24/2025 Hot Tub (available year-round), ELEVATOR, Volleyball, Pool Table, 10 TVs, 8 DVD players, wireless HS Internet access, video/DVD/book libraries, card/game table, outside shower, gas fireplace (seasonally), (2) charcoal grills, kitchenette.
