MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND available, three night minimum, $800/night total price. Linens not included in that price.

No expense was spared in the creation of this lovely 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, located in the secluded 4x4 section of the Outer Banks. “Seabatical” is the perfect size for your family, with plenty of room to spread out and relax! Wake to the sunrise in the king master on level three with deck access and move to the spacious great room, perfect for gathering, with incredible views of the ocean. The well stocked kitchen with island seating has plenty of room for multiple chefs. Take your meal to the screened in porch just off the kitchen and enjoy the night air while listening to the roar of the ocean.
Descend to level two to find another King master bedroom with deck access and two more bedrooms with deck access; a Queen and Twin that share a hall bath. A full laundry room is also on this level.
Decks across both levels of this home provide wonderful outdoor spaces as well as a private swimming pool, hot tub, and fantastic views of the Atlantic! The splendor of so many stars in the sky will amaze and delight you. The wild horses will certainly be paying a visit or grazing nearby. Take a break from life, Seabatical awaits!

Parking at the house is free and unlimited. Two parking passes for parking on the beach will be available for your use.

We had a wonderful stay! This house is absolutely gorgeous and the view of the ocean is spectacular. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The screened in porch was our favorite place to play board games and read books. Will definitely be back!

Overall Great Property
Very clean and well stocked. Great location. Beach was not overcrowded. Wild horses could be seen daily. Extra ice can be purchased only1.5mi away at the Volunteer Fire Station. So convenient to drive your beach supplies to get a spot. Fun exploring the back roads behind the house and playground nearby. Surprisingly not very buggy for being close to a Nature preserve.

Nothing short of fabulous!
The pictures of this house, this beach, and these horses… do not do it justice. This house is beautiful. Very well equipped, and clean. Pool and hot tub are great. The view is spectacular. Laura with Carova Cottages was prompt with any questions we had. The whole experience was great. We will be back! Don’t miss on this house, you will love it like my family did.
