Get ready to enjoy Sunny Daze on the coast

Sunny Daze is a newly built 3 bedroom 2 bath coastal stilt home located in Ocean Reef Subdivision. Home has large private driveway to accomodate multiple cars. Located just a short walking distance to Ocean Reefs community pool. So don't forget to pack your swimsuits!

This coastal gem has a large open floor plan with a spacious living room with flat screen tv perfect for family movie night. Just a few steps away is the dining room and kitchen. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the kitchen necessities needed to make your favorite family meal.

Master bedroom sits right off the kitchen area with comfortable king size bed, flat screen tv, master bath and over size walk in closet. Secondary bedroom has a queen size bed with spacious closet. Third bedroom is perfect for the little ones. Bedroom has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds with adequate closet space. Guest bathroom and laundry room is located right off living room area. Laundry room has stackable washer and dryer with tide pods and dryer sheets provided.

Sunny Daze is a short drive to local restaurants, beaches, shopping and don't forget fishing!!

Please note we do charge a non refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet. If pet fee is not collected at booking guest will be charged after booking by property management company.

Cancellation Policy:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Nice place

Property is nice and as described. There are some quirks though. There weren’t many towels but that’s because they were in the dryer. Found some dirty, left behind clothes from past renters. We wanted a pet friendly place to stay but weren’t informed about the no pets on the furniture until we received check in procedures. There was a 125 per pet fee, even though not allowed on furniture. We were stopped twice at the pool by security because we didn’t have wrist bands. We were never provided wristbands.On checkout, you need to strip the beds (no big deal) and start a load of towels in the washing machine. Not a big deal, just odd, especially when you find towels still in the dryer. Overall, nice place. Just some quirks.

After putting a flash light on the device and seeing the little lever to the left of the numbers... it was easy! The neighbors probably laughed at our struggle. Only contact was via emails... but no other contact was necessary.
