Our 2-bedroom 1-bath can accommodate 4 guests. Private garage, Community pool, High-speed WiFi, and Smart TV. Located on the Southside close to St. Andrews Park and Spohn South Medical Center, and a 20-minute drive to beautiful Padre Island beaches. Come enjoy a memorable Corpus Christi getaway! Book today!
Living room with smart TV and streaming services, and couch. Two bedrooms with queen size bed in each, nightstands, lamps, and large closets. One bathroom with tub/shower combo. Balcony has washer and dryer for your use and simple patio sitting space. Kitchen with all major appliances, coffee maker and coffee, basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. Free private garage space suitable for one small to mid-size vehicle. Free additional parking on site.
Important Note:
1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2.The pool hours are 9 a.m.–10 p.m., and it's closed on Monday for cleaning. Please note, it may close temporarily without notice due to weather or routine maintenance like chemical adjustments.
3. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
4. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.
