Every member of staff was helpful in providing insight on places to see, how to get around and overall recommendations. The hotel is also in walking distance from the shops and restaurants. This is an absolute must visit.

The reception staff were wonderful. Polite and helpful. The rooms had their own thermostat and the temperature was good. The bathroom was clean, updated and completely equipped. The room was quiet. The lobby had free apples, water, and Pastel da Natas. The location was convenient.

The room was big with an amazing view of the city and a nice balcony. The breakfast had options and it had good taste. The hotel photos don’t match what we saw in the lounging area to what it’s shown in the photos. Otherwise a great hotel to watch the city’s sunsets.
