Staff goes above and beyond to help guests. Every single aspect of the hotel was excellent. We plan to stay there again.

Glorious property, 3-Star food, 5-star service.

Poor attention to detail. Shower mat had a huge bunch of matted hair on it which was clearly visible by whomever left it next to the shower (assuming housekeeping). Floors not very clean. Bedding - you are given a thin sheet rather than a duvet, mattress is like concrete. We were glad we only stayed on night. Went into annex building on arrival - no staff. Eventually found staff member and asked where reception was, he answered floor 19 - considering there’s only 5 floors in the building I knew this wasn’t right. Turns out it’s in another separate building. On checking out, they couldn’t find us… took ages to check out as receptionist simply shrugged his shoulders and said it’s fine. Really strange experience. Breakfast buffet was good with good selection and nice staff. Wouldn’t recommend to friends & family.

This location is very convenient, walking distance to the Vatican. lots of nearby restaurants, groceries stores, gelato and shopping. The receptionist was very nice. Breakfast was not the greatest, we stayed for four nights, the orange juice was out for at least three days, the staff for breakfast are not very friendly, they get annoyed if you ask questions. Breakfast was a hype thats why we booked here but we were not very impressed. Other than that I think the hotel is ok.

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.
