“Ya es la segunda vez que venimos, y todo está perfecto. Habitación muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. Personal muy amable y atento, todo el personal un 10. El buffet muy variado y de muy buena calidad. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas.”

“The hotel itself was ideally located and impecably maintained by staff. I do however have 3 complaints. According to my booking a complimentary bottle of wine was to be provided upon check in. The bottle was eventully brought to the room on day 3 of 4, after i mentioned it. The bottle had a cork, no corkscrew provided. ew complaints the biggest of which was that when I asked to speak with the manager regarding my concern that in the expedia property listing it states that umbrella and……

“Nos gusto lo accesible que es el parque desde el hotel. La piscina era fantastica, y el servicio del buffet excelente para la cantidad de gente que habia. Repetiria sin dudarlo. Lo unico que note es la moqueta de nuestro pasillo estaba bastante trillada, pero nuestra habitacion era nuevisima y estaba todo auperlimpio.”
