“Algumas funcionarios nos atenderam de forma espetacular, mas não é uma regra... alguns mal nos cumprimentavam. Em geral, as meninas da limpeza são bem cuidadosas, e, os mensageiros também. Já o pessoal que faz o serviço do bar, um ou outro chega a ser até grosseiro. Quanto as condições, esperava mais de um hotel deste porte. Estive em outros 5 hoteis deste padrão no beira-mar em Copacabana, e devo dizer que este estaria em 4º da minha lista.”
