Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.

Stayed in a prestige room and it was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable although the mattress was on the slightly softer side. Tall ceilings on the first floor rooms. The pool was a little lack luster and on the small side but nice to have as an option. Small gym area equipped with all essentials. Valet parking worked smoothly. Staff is professional and friendly, we really found this property to be a true 5 star experience. We will stay here next time we’re in Bordeaux.

"This hotel was in a great location and it was fairly inexpensive so from that perspective, it was exactly what we needed. The only complaint is that our room had an awful sewage smell. We ended up just closing the bathroom door, leaving a towel underneath to bar the smell, and using the restrooms ..."
