Check in was a pain. The guy was trying to double charge even when i showed the confirmation email from hotels.com with the correct price. The fridge and microwave weren't plugged in and also could not reach an outlet without being moved. The beds looked slept in, and the surfaces were visibly dirty. The room key also would not open the locked door leading to the hallway where my room was, so i got locked out. They also turned off the lights in the hallway so i had to use my phone flashlight. The soap bar was already opened as well.
Also, there is no key drop box for check out. We stayed there because it was so cheap, and overall we didn't have a bad experience. I am leaving this review mostly because the 9/10 on hotels.com couldnt be farther off. It should be more around 5/10.
