Front office didn’t have nobody there. Had to call and wait for someone to arrive. Got to the room and didn’t have towels. Had to call again and wait for them to come back. Asleep next morning at 8am an employee just opens the room and starts to enter. Horrible experience.

I broke down and had to be towed back home so I didn’t get to stay at either hotel that I booked and the app wouldn’t let me cancel nor file any claim. Expedia is my issue not the hotel.

Easy to find. The property itself is showing some age. But the room was exceptionally clean! And not the "clean" where all you smell is disinfectant. The clean where you can tell that the person cleaning hit every inch of the room to make it sparkle. The gentleman at the front desk was personable & made me feel very welcome. The next time I'm in Dilley (I travel there fairly often for business) I'll be staying at the Sona Inn.

The lady who worked up front was very rude and dismissed the check in we did on this app and had us to everything all over again. She couldn’t hear us due to the bullet proof glass so we spent most of our time repeatedly saying the same things over and over again. She just gave us paperwork to sign without telling us what it was for
